Strategic Planning

Objectives and policy are formalised within the framework of a business strategy which serves to describe an organisation's sense of purpose, and plans and actions for its implementation.  Without an explicit statement of strategy it becomes more difficult for expanding organisations to reconcile co-ordinated action with entrepreneurial effort.

An explicit strategy for the business organisation is neccessary for the following reasons:

1. There is a need for people to co-operate together in order to achieve the benefits of mutual reinforcement; and

2. There are the effects of changing environmental conditions.

Increased business competitiveness and the dynamic external environment have placed important emphasis on business strategy and the competencies of managers.  Effective strategic management creates a productive alliance between the nature and the demands of the environment, the organisation's culture and values, and the resources that the organisation has at its disposal.

Provisus can facilitate building a business strategy and assist in its execution.

Project Management

  • Initiating,

  • Planning (risk, time & cost, Quality, OHSE, scheduling, plans, workloads, resource, scope and stakeholder management);

  • Execution;

  • Monitoring & controlling; and

  • Closing.

Video Production

Using video to supplement coaching programs isn't something new.   Producing videos for specific training needs or to ensure procedures are followed correctly for OHS and Quality purposes can be far less resource consuming than writing onerous procedures.  Provisus can facilitate and produce training videos to suit any organisational needs.

ISO 9001:2015 requires the quality management system to be relevant to its purpose and its strategic direction and also ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organisation’s business processes”. So no longer can an organisation have a Quality Management System that is separate from the rest of its business.  The standard also promotes risk based thinking and to use risk analysis in order to decide for yourself which challenges you see in the management of your business processes.

ISO 9001:2015 also places more emphasis on leadership and management commitment. It requires greater involvement by top managers and business leaders in controlling the quality management system.
