I gladly offer my recommendation regarding Lee Downham. I delivered a Lead Auditor training course to a client that Lee had been providing guidance and coaching to. As this was an in-house course, I used local documentation in the training program where we assessed accessibility, ownership and level of implementation. These days the ISO standards put much more emphasis on ‘Process Approach’ with a requirement for clear inputs and outputs. Lee’s system development utilising the SIPOC methodology and the ProMapp platform was excellent and is exactly the right approach for the new ISO standards.
