I gladly offer my recommendation regarding Lee Downham. I delivered a Lead Auditor training course to a client that Lee had been providing guidance and coaching to. As this was an in-house course, I used local documentation in the training program where we assessed accessibility, ownership and level of implementation. These days the ISO standards put much more emphasis on ‘Process Approach’ with a requirement for clear inputs and outputs. Lee’s system development utilising the SIPOC methodology and the ProMapp platform was excellent and is exactly the right approach for the new ISO standards. Lee has great people skills and would be a delight to work with. I commend him to you.
