Lee Downham (Director of Provisus) is a Business Excellence and Management specialist with over 25 years’ experience in Strategic Management and Business Improvement both in the Military (engineering) and commercial sectors.  


Lee led a distinguished 22-year career as a member of the British Army (Warrant Officer) with significant experience in strategy, management and training.  Lee has extensive knowledge and experience with many excellence models and management tools (EFQM, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, LEAN (process innovation), Six Sigma, PRINCE2™)).  Since leaving the military Lee has worked in General Management positions or as a consultant in project management and/or Business Improvement.
